"My four-year Krogerus career has involved some unexpected, but exciting turns"

During the last year of my BBA studies, I came across a job advertisement on an Assistant Trainee position at Krogerus. After the trainee programme, I was offered to join the Competition and Regulatory practice group as a Legal Assistant, and one year later, I switched to our Energy team. As the practice groups are very different from each other, I had a great opportunity to learn, grow and advance my skills on both fields. As a Legal Assistant my main focus was to support lawyers in their client work and ensure that administrative matters were running smoothly. On top of that, I got to organise team activities and events, which I enjoyed alongside my other versatile duties.

In the beginning of 2024, I started in a new role as a Marketing Assistant. I am responsible for planning, executing and co-ordinating our client development activities. I also focus on developing our client relationship management. The experience gained from my previous positions has supported me in my current role – my organisational skills, creative thinking and problem-solving skills have proven to be particularly useful.

My four-year Krogerus career has involved some unexpected, but exciting turns. I enjoy challenging myself to improve and grow as a professional, and I think that my positive and curious attitude and, of course, inspiring colleagues have helped me to do that.
