Busy start to 2020 for real estate department

The Krogerus real estate department has had a very busy start to the new decade, having advised on announced real estate transactions with an aggregate deal value well exceeding one billion euros during the first two months of the year.

"The favourable Finnish market conditions and the continued trust of our clients have kept our department extremely busy. We have had the chance to act on a high number of very interesting transactions during the last few months," comments Joakim Jansson, head of real estate at Krogerus.
