Johan Aalto joins Krogerus reinforcing our strategic transactional offering and key relationships

Johan Aalto's appointment as Partner as of April 2024 brings decades of expertise with large corporates, private equity sponsors, investment bankers and international law firms, as well as second to none experience in large and complex transactions, with a particular emphasis on public tender offers and demanding cross-border mandates. Johan also has a wealth of corporate governance experience as a trusted adviser to many of the largest listed companies in Finland. Johan joins Krogerus from Hannes Snellman.
