Krogerus again ranked number one in Mergermarket's league table

Krogerus has been ranked first in the number of deals according to Mergermarket's 2023 M&A rankings for legal advisors in Finland. Mergermarket is a leading provider of M&A data and intelligence that ranks M&A advisers based on deal count and deal value.

We have consistently been one of the most active M&A advisers in the market, featuring first in Finland in the number of transactions for the past five years. In deal value we ranked second, higher than any other Finnish firm.
