Krogerus appoints Heikki Vesa as a new management team member
We have appointed Partner Heikki Vesa to Krogerus' management team as of 1.4.2025. Together with Heikki, the management team will continue to build the next chapter of Krogerus.

Heikki heads our Restructuring & Insolvency practice. With nearly twenty years of experience, he specialises in insolvency and company law as well as litigation. Heikki regularly acts as a court-appointed administrator in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings and provides strategic advice to distressed companies and their stakeholders in insolvency-related situations.
Managing Partner Mårten Knuts, Partners Tom Fagernäs, Kalle Hynönen, Joakim Jansson, Kirsi Kannaste and Carola Möller, and COO Oskar Palva will continue as members of our management team, in addition to Heikki joining the team. Management Assistant Anu Kyntölä will continue as secretary of the management team.
