Krogerus appoints Marcus Möller and Heikki Vesa as heads of practice groups
We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Partner Marcus Möller as head of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, and Partner Heikki Vesa as head of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group, effective from 1 April 2023.
The appointments strengthen two of our highly ranked practice groups and reflect our commitment to constant improvement by developing our offering.

Marcus has represented clients in Finnish and cross-border transactional assignments for the past 20 years. His clients include private equity and real estate investors, financial institutions and leading Nordic and international corporations. Marcus' areas of specialisation include advising clients on their acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, as well as on all types of private equity assignments.
Client experience forms the core of our Restructuring & Insolvency practice group's operation

Heikki specialises in insolvency law, company law and dispute resolution. Over the past 16 years Heikki has advised our clients in all insolvency-related matters. He has especially broad experience in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring proceedings as well as litigation. Heikki regularly acts as an administrator in both bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings and provides support to different stakeholders in all insolvency-related situations.
