Krogerus awarded for Excellence in Client Relations, performing higher than other Tier 1 law firms

We have received the Excellence in Client Relations recognition in Regi’s Law Firm of the Year 2023 Finland study. The study ranks top-performing law firms yearly according to 14 different criteria based on client evaluation. Krogerus performed better than the Tier 1 Finland Index on nearly all the criteria.

Our clients ranked us particularly highly in the Responsiveness to client's needs, Availability and Solution orientation and creativity criteria. 89% of our clients would recommend us to their colleagues. The Tier 1 Finland average Net Promoter Score was 74%. We are extremely pleased to see that our modern and hands-on ways of working were also praised in our clients' feedback.

We want to thank our clients who participated in the study for their continuous trust and for collaboratively working towards finding straightforward solutions. We are extremely proud to see our constant drive for improvement bear fruit.

Regi carried out the study in Finland for the second year in a row. The study has been carried out in Sweden for over 10 years, receiving a total of 1,300 responses this year.
