Krogerus boosts key practice areas by promoting Jasmin Wardi and Kalle Hakkarainen to partner
We are happy to announce the promotion of Jasmin Wardi and Kalle Hakkarainen to partners as of 1 April 2025. The appointments continue to strengthen our service offerings in M&A and Real Estate.
Jasmin's appointment bolsters our rapidly growing Mergers & Acquisitions practice
Jasmin brings over 10 years of experience in M&A, especially in complex private equity and cross-border transactions. Her extensive network and international perspective allow her to provide valuable insights even in the most challenging and high-stakes deals. Her broad range of expertise covers advising corporations and private equity investors in diverse Finnish and international transactions. Jasmin's promotion will help us respond to the growing demand for high-quality legal advice. Kalle's promotion strengthens our Real Estate & Construction practice
Kalle is a highly experienced real estate transaction lawyer with over a decade of expertise in advising Finnish and international investors on complex and high-value real estate deals. He has been involved in some of the country’s largest and most sophisticated real estate transactions. His broad range of expertise includes advising clients on acquisitions, divestments, lease negotiations and property development. "Our team keeps growing and the appointment of Kalle to partner is a natural step in the long-term development of our practice group, that will further strengthen our ability to provide excellent advisory to our clients. His deep understanding of the real estate market enables him to anticipate challenges and maximize value in our clients' real estate investments.
