Krogerus further strengthens M&A capabilities with hire of Annika Schauman

Krogerus' partner appointment news continue with the appointment of Annika Schauman to partnership as of 1 April 2024.

Annika advises clients in domestic and cross-border M&A, and particularly in private equity and venture capital transactions. Annika's previous work experience builds on a unique combination of legal advisory, leverage finance, analyst and business strategy work from London, Stockholm and Helsinki. Annika joins Krogerus from Hannes Snellman, before which she has also worked with EQT Partners, Access Partners and J.P. Morgan Investment Bank.
