Krogerus promotes Jan Johanson to partner

Krogerus is pleased to announce that Jan Johanson has been elected partner with the firm as of 1 April 2017. Johanson will continue contributing to the development of the firm's successful Corporate department, which topped the league tables in 2016 with highest deal volume in Finland.

Focusing on corporate transactions with an emphasis on complex cross-border matters, Jan regularly advises international and domestic clients in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and real estate assignments. He also has in-depth experience in related financing arrangements.
