Krogerus promotes Paul Raade to partner

We are proud to announce the promotion of Paul Raade to partner as of 1 April 2021. Paul's appointment strengthens Krogerus' Capital Markets practice with his particular expertise in the intersection of capital markets and financial regulatory work.

Paul Raade has broad experience in providing straightforward legal advice to our clients, covering the full range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, takeovers, and financial regulatory matters. He also advises listed companies on disclosure and corporate governance matters and various clients on mergers and acquisitions of businesses subject to financial regulation.

Paul joined Krogerus in 2012. In addition to his Finnish law degree, Paul holds an LLM (Corporate Governance and Practice) from Stanford Law School.
