Krogerus promotes two partners

Krogerus is proud to announce the promotion of Joakim Jansson and Heidi Kivenjuuri to partners as of 1 April 2019.

Heidi Kivenjuuri continues to co-head the firm’s banking and finance practice, advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including restructurings. Joakim Jansson regularly advises international and Finnish clients in corporate transactions, including corporate real estate.
