Krogerus receives Mergermarket's Finland M&A Legal Adviser of the Year 2023 award
Mergermarket's awards recognise creative advisory work on complex M&A transactions. We received the Finland Legal Adviser of the Year 2023 award during the Mergermarket European M&A Awards.
During the past year, we have handled a broad range of highly complex transactions including landmark transactions in the tech and financial services sectors as well as major energy transactions. We have, for example, advised:
- PSG Equity on its $175M growth investment in the rental management platform Hostaway
- TA Associates on its acquisition of a majority stake in Epassi together with Warburg Pincus
- Sampo on its strategic review of Mandatum, which resulted in the spin-off and listing of Mandatum
- Fennia on its acquisition of the Finnish life insurance business of Handelsbanken
- Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on its entry into a partnership with Myrsky Energia to develop more than 1.8 GW of onshore wind power in Finland
