General Counsel of Cramo Plc Joins Krogerus

Krogerus is pleased to announce that Mr Mika Puittinen, Vice President, Legal Affairs, of Cramo Plc, will join the firm as Counsel as of 5 October 2009.

Mr Puittinen is to join the firm’s Corporate and Commercial and Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice groups. In addition to TMT, he will focus on complex corporate advisory matters.

Mr Puittinen has some 15 years of experience working as in-house counsel for multinational corporations. He has held the position of General Counsel at Cramo, Perlos and Fujitsu Services, and also worked for Fortum and Tieto. In addition to his law degree Mr Puittinen holds an MBA from the Helsinki University of Technology.
