Krogerus advised Alight on securing project financing for a 100 MWp solar park in Eurajoki

Krogerus advises Alight on securing EUR 46 million non-recourse project financing from ABN Amro and SEB for a 100 MWp solar park in Eurajoki, Finland, which is currently in late-stage development. The agreement will serve as a framework financing agreement to be utilized for the financing of the construction and operation of more than 300 MWp of solar parks in Finland.
