Krogerus advised Anaika Wood in patent infringement proceedings before the Market Court

We acted as counsel for Anaika Soinlahti Timber and Anaika Wood Group in patent infringement proceedings before the Market Court. The opposing party had claimed that our clients' wood processing solution was infringing their patent, and demanded the Market Court to order our clients to alter their solution.

After written and oral proceedings before the Market Court, all patent infringement claims and related demands of the opposing party were dismissed. Our client was also awarded compensation for its legal fees almost in full. The judgment of the Market Court is final.
