Krogerus advised Danske Bank on SRV's rights issue

Krogerus advised Danske Bank as Sole Global Coordinator on the rights issue of SRV, a Finnish developer and innovator in the construction industry. Shares in SRV are admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki.

The fully subscribed EUR 34.8 million rights issue was one of several measures SRV announced to strengthen its balance sheet. These measures were announced by SRV in connection with it writing down substantially all of its assets in Russia and its holdings in the Fennovoima nuclear power plant project due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Paul Raade. He was primarily assisted by Partner Tom Fagernäs, Senior Associate Samuli Torpisto and Associates Tiina Jääskeläinen and Olli Silvennoinen.
