Krogerus advised EQT Infrastructure VI as Finnish counsel on its public offer for OX2

EQT Infrastructure VI, through its indirectly owned subsidiary Otello BidCo AB, announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of OX2 AB (publ). OX2 is a leading renewable energy platform with a large and diverse project portfolio across all major renewable energy technologies (onshore and offshore wind, solar, and storage) and is today one of the largest developers of onshore wind in Europe.

The shares are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap and the total value of the offer is approximately EUR 1.4 billion.

Krogerus acted as Finnish counsel in the transaction. The Krogerus team was led by Partner Ville Hailikari and he was mainly assisted by Associates Sonja Sivén, Janne Helaskoski, Teemu Huhtala, Saara Kinnunen, Elina Mäkelä and Silja Piironen.
