Krogerus advised GoByBike on securing a significant €125 million loan financing arrangement

Krogerus advised GoByBike, a Finnish employee benefit bicycle service provider, on securing a significant €125 million loan financing arrangement from international credit investors.

Founded in 2020, GoByBike is a Finnish company that has rapidly grown into the largest bicycle benefit service provider in Finland and the Nordics. The financing significantly expands GoByBike’s capacity to offer benefit bicycles to Finnish employers and employees and it also marks a major step toward GoByBike’s target of building a more sustainable and healthier society – one bicycle at a time.
