Krogerus advised Lehto on the development of more than 300 apartments in Kalasatama, Helsinki

Krogerus advised Lehto Asunnot Oy, a fully owned subsidiary of Lehto Group Plc, on the development of more than 300 apartments in Kalasatama, Helsinki. The site includes a two-building residential project sold to NREP, acting on behalf of one of its real estate funds, and three other residential buildings together with a shared parking facility. The site is scheduled for completion at the end of 2021.
