Krogerus advises Adapteo in the voluntary cash tender offer by a fund managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Krogerus is advising the board of directors of Adapteo, a leading flexible real estate provider in Northern Europe, in the EUR 1.3 billion (enterprise value) voluntary cash tender offer by West Street Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure fund managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Adapteo's shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Krogerus' advice covers all aspects of the tender offer, including transaction and strategic advice, takeover rules, as well as merger control and tax matters.
