Krogerus advises Ahlström Capital on investment in Avain Yhtiöt

Krogerus advised A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy, a subsidiary of Ahlström Capital, on their investment into Avain Yhtiöt. Avain Yhtiöt is a Finnish group engaged in owning and developing residential properties. Avain Yhtiöt owns more than 9,000 residential units and more than 1,000 additional units are under construction. Following the investment A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy holds approximately 25% of Avain Yhtiöt.
