Krogerus advises Apetit on the sale of its fresh cut products business to Greenfood

Krogerus advised Apetit Plc, a Finnish food industry company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, on the sale of its fresh cut products business operations to the Swedish company Greenfood AB. The transaction requires the approval of the competition authorities and is expected to be completed during the second half of 2019.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Marko Vuori, included partner Joakim Jansson.
