Krogerus advises AscendX on its acquisition of Documill

Krogerus advised AscendX Cloud Limited, an enterprise cloud software company specialising in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, on its acquisition of Documill Oy, a Finnish provider of digital Salesforce-related software solutions. Documill redefines how organisations work and collaborate on business documents, enabling users to create, collaborate, and agree on documents online.

The acquisition aligns with AscendX's industry-focused strategy, allowing AscendX to serve better key sectors such as manufacturing, recruitment, and financial services.
