Krogerus advises Asteria Group on its acquisition of Nordic Label

Krogerus advises Asteria group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, on its acquisition of Nordic Label. Asteria is an international group active in the production of a wide range of printed packaging materials and Nordic Label is a leading Finnish label company.
