Krogerus advised Axel Johnson International on the acquisition of TMT. Malinen Group, a Finnish manufacturer and distributor of aluminium, steel, and plastic components and systems to the automotive industry.

TMT. Malinen has approximately 50 employees and a market presence in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics.
