Krogerus advises Balder on its acquisition of new premises for the Finnish Red Cross

Krogerus advised Fastighets AB Balder on its acquisition of a real estate development project in Vehkala, Vantaa. Fastighets AB Balder is the largest listed real estate investment company in the Nordic countries.

The new premises, developed by Finnish construction company Hartela, are let to the blood service of the Finnish Red Cross. The new premises are located next to Vehkala train station with good logistical connections. Construction works will begin in summer 2020 and are expected to be completed in summer 2022.
