Krogerus advises Banyan Software on its acquisition of Softera Oy

Krogerus advised Banyan Software, a leading acquirer and permanent home for great enterprise software businesses, on its acquisition of Softera Oy, a provider of Business Support Systems (BSS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). Softera has established itself as a crucial player particularly in the Finnish telecommunications sector, maintaining long-term relationships with some of Finland’s largest telecom companies.

The acquisition marks Banyan Software's first entry into the Nordic region. The acquisition is a testament to Banyan’s commitment to expanding its presence and fostering strong partnerships with the talented individuals and innovative software companies in the region.
