Krogerus advises BayWa r.e. on its entry into the Finnish wind power market
Krogerus advised BayWa r.e. on its entry to the Finnish market by signing a transaction for a 50% stake in a wind farm development joint venture with Exilion, a Finnish investment company that specialises in real estate and renewable energy investments. The project will be developed in the Karhakkamaa area in northern Finland, approximately 32 kilometres north of the centre of the Tornio municipality and approximately five kilometres from the Swedish border. The Karhakkamaa project will consist of 48 wind turbines with an aggregate capacity of approximately 350 MW.
