Krogerus advises Catella Residential Investment Management on the acquisition of 334 apartments from Fennia

Krogerus advised Catella Residential Investment Management on an acquisition of a residential property portfolio comprising 334 apartments in six assets. The buildings have been completed in 2011 and the assets are located in the Greater Helsinki area, Tampere and Jyväskylä. This portfolio acquisition marks the entry into the Finnish market for the purchasing Catella fund.
