Krogerus advises Caverion on its acquisition of Huurre Refrigeration Solutions

Krogerus advised Caverion Oyj, one of the Europe's leading provider of technical solutions for buildings and industries, on its acquisition of Huurre Finland Oy.

Caverion Suomi Oy has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Huurre Finland Oy from Huurre Group Oy. Huurre is a leading supplier of energy-efficient CO2 based refrigeration systems and related refrigeration automation solutions. Through its acquisition of Huurre Finland Oy, Caverion strengthens its technological offering in the Cooling business.

The Krogerus team was led by senior advisor Lennart Simonsen, and included senior associate Jasmin Wardi and associate Nora Hamed.
