Krogerus advises Certeum on a EUR 920 million transaction

Krogerus acted for Certeum Oy and its shareholders Sponda Oyj, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and The State Pension Fund (VER) on the formation of Certeum and the related EUR 920 million transaction in which Certeum will acquire various assets from Sponda and Varma.

In addition, the company will acquire all interests in Sponda Fund I Ky, Sponda Fund II Ky and Sponda Fund III Ky or their respective assets.

The Krogerus team was led by Mika Ståhlberg and included partners Juha Wessman, Marcus Möller, Marko Vuori and Antti Lehtimaja and associates Pyry Somervuori, Tanja Lappalainen and Katariina Korhonen.
