Krogerus advises Cervi Talotekniikka on three acquisitions

Krogerus advised Cervi Talotekniikka Oy, a Finnish specialist in ventilation, clean indoor air, and cooling, on its acquisition of three companies: Kokkolan Kylmäpalvelu Oy, Teknika Group Oy and TMP-Ilmastointi Oy. All three acquisitions were completed during the first half of 2023.

The acquisitions strengthen Cervi's operations in Ostrobothnia, Uusimaa and Pirkanmaa as a part of Cervi's growth strategy. With the acquisitions, Cervi has expanded its service portfolio, strengthened its resources in ventilation and cooling, and created opportunities to expand the group's clientele. All acquired companies will continue their operations under their own names.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Marcus Möller and he was primarily assisted by Counsel Antti Luhtala and Associate Ari Natunen.
