Krogerus advises clearvise AG on the sale of two wind farms

Krogerus advised clearvise AG, an independent electricity producer with a diversified European renewable energy portfolio consisting of operational capacity of more than 300 MW, on the transaction comprising sale of two wind farms in Finland to a UK-based investment company Glennmont Partners. The portfolio consists of a total of nine Vestas V126 wind turbines with a rated output of 3.3 MW each and a total installed capacity of 29.7 MW.
