Krogerus advises Consolis on the acquisition of Finnish and Latvian operations of TMB Group

Krogerus advised Consolis Group, a European supplier of precast concrete solutions, on its acquisition of the Finnish and Latvian operations of Estonia-based TMB Group, a producer of concrete elements in the Baltics and Finland.

Krogerus functioned as transaction counsel, advising also on tax structuring and on the merger control procedure before the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, which approved the concentration subject to conditions after extended Phase II investigation. The annual revenues of the local operations acquired by Consolis exceeded EUR 100 million in 2018.
