Krogerus advised Companhia de Têxteis Sintéticos, S.A. (Cotesi) on its acquisition of Piippo's baling net wrap and baling twine machines and certain trademarks. Piippo is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of baling net wrap and baling twine, with a global distribution network covering over 40 countries.

Cotesi is the forerunner in Europe in the production of twine, nets and ropes made from synthetic and natural raw materials. Today, Cotesi is the world's largest producer of Baler Twine.
