Krogerus advises CPC Finland on its entry into a joint venture with Prime Green Energy Infrastructure Fund
Krogerus advised CPC Finland on its entry into a joint venture with Prime Green Energy Infrastructure Fund for constructing up to 200 MW green hydrogen/e-methane production facility in Kristinestad, Finland. The transaction also includes construction of five wind farms with a total capacity of 600 MW, which will be supplying green energy to the planned facility under long-term power purchase agreements.
CPC Finland is responsible for the planning, procurement and construction of the wind farms, as well as technical and commercial asset management during production. The estimated time for commissioning of the hydrogen/e-methane production facility is scheduled for Q4/2025.
