Krogerus advises Cramo in the voluntary public tender offer by Boels

Krogerus is advising Cramo, one of Europe's leading companies specialising in equipment rental services, in the EUR 1 billion (enterprise value) voluntary tender offer by Boels for all shares in Cramo. Cramo's shares are listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki.

Krogerus' advice covers all aspects of the voluntary tender offer, including transaction and strategic advice, takeover rules and competition law.
