Krogerus advises DNA on the refinancing of its EUR 250 million credit facilities

Krogerus advised DNA Oy on the refinancing of its credit facilities by new term and revolving credit facilities amounting to EUR 250 million.

Syndicate members in the facilities agreement were Nordea Bank Finland, Danske Bank, Pohjola Bank, Handelsbanken and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.

DNA is a Finnish telecommunications group providing high-quality voice, data and TV services for communication, entertainment and working.
