Krogerus advises Elisa Corporation on its acquisition of Moontalk

Krogerus advised Elisa, a pioneer in telecommunications and digital services, on its acquisition of a majority holding in Moontalk, a SaaS software supplier focused on mobile voice communication management. Through the transaction, Moontalk will become Elisa's subsidiary.

The deal supports Elisa’s strategic goal of being Finland’s most trusted partner for digitalising business processes. The completion of the transaction is pending approval from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and other customary conditions.
