Krogerus advises Elo and LocalTapiola on the sale of a 42,000 sqm logistics property to DWS
Krogerus acted for Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company and LocalTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company on the sale of a 42,000 sqm logistics property to DWS, acting on behalf of a German institutional client.
The property is predominantly let to DHL, one of the world’s largest distribution specialists, with a long-term lease agreement.
The Krogerus team was led by partner Pyry Somervuori and he was mainly assisted by associates Anna Metso and Vilma Jeskanen.
