Krogerus advised Enegia Group Oy in the sale of two subsidiaries, Enegia Market Services Oy and Enegia Sweden Ab, to Norwegian Eneas Services As.

Enegia, owned by private equity firm Vaaka Partners, is a provider of services in the field of energy market and energy efficiency.
