Krogerus advises eQ Commercial Property Fund on securing an EUR 800 million financing platform
Krogerus advises Special Investment Fund eQ Commercial Property Fund on rearranging its existing financing with a significant long-term financing package with a Nordic financier consortium. The entire bank loan has been engineered as green sustainable financing.
The Krogerus team was led by Partner Heidi Kivenjuuri and she was primarily assisted by Partner Paul Raade and Associate Hanna Kim.
