Krogerus advises eQ Community Properties in its acquisition of a portfolio of care properties

Krogerus advised Special Investment Fund eQ Community Properties in its acquisition of a real estate portfolio to be constructed from Rakennusurakointi S. Tikakoski Oy. The projects are located in Tampere region and Turku and include two day care centres, a housing service unit and a child welfare unit. The properties are fully leased and shall establish an aggregate capacity of approximately 200 customers. The projects are scheduled for completion within the year 2022.
