Krogerus advises eQ Residential in its acquisition of a residential building in Hervanta, Tampere

Krogerus advised eQ Finnish Residential Fund II in their acquisition of a residential building to be constructed in Tampere, from Hartela Pirkanmaa Oy.

The project is scheduled for completion during the summer of 2024 and forms a part of a larger city block development of Hartela in the northern part of the Hervanta district, based on the winning proposal by Hartela and BST-Arkkitehdit Oy to a design contest held by the City of Tampere in 2017.

Partner Joakim Jansson and Counsel Ilari Mustonen led the Krogerus team and they were mainly assisted by Associate Eveliina Heiskanen.
