Krogerus advises Evolver Equity on the formation of Evolver Fund I

Krogerus advised Evolver Equity, a team specialising in Swedish and Finnish small-cap buyouts, on the formation of its maiden private equity fund, Evolver Fund I. The fund held its initial closing on 1 April 2019 with some EUR 50 million in commitments. Krogerus advised on all matters relating to the formation.

Partner Pyry Somervuori led the team and he was mainly assisted by associates Joonas Parkkinen and Andreas Brink.
