Krogerus advises Fasadgruppen on its acquisition of Rovakate

Krogerus advised Fasadgruppen on its acquisition of RKC Construction Oy (Rovakate). The facade and roof construction company Rovakate, specialised in industrial buildings and power plants, will get a new owner from Fasadgruppen which is the Nordic region’s largest and Sweden’s only nation-wide full-service provider of sustainable facades. With the acquisition Fasadgruppen establishes its position in the region and aims to continue its expansion even further in the Finnish market.
