Krogerus advises Finavia on increasing its holding in AVIA Real Estate

Krogerus advises Finavia on its acquisition of the shareholdings of Nrep's Nordic Strategy Fund III (NSF III) and Pontos Group in Avia Real Estate Oy, a real estate investment company operating in the Helsinki Airport area. The transaction strengthens Finavia's ownership in the airport area and its role in the comprehensive development of the airport area.
