Krogerus advises Hartwall Capital on its investment in Linkity

Krogerus advised Hartwall Capital, a Finnish family-owned investment company, on its investment in Linkity, a high-growth software and service provider for payroll and workforce management.

Linkity’s comprehensive SaaS solution covers the automation of critical and complex HR processes, from shift planning and hour tracking to collective agreement interpretations, payroll and salary calculation.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Mika Ståhlberg and he was primarily assisted by Senior Associate Janna Pihanurmi and Associates Tuuli Merikallio, Ada Hård af Segerstad, Anni Sofia Kivi-Koskinen and Riku Toivio.
