Krogerus advises Hartwall on its acquisition of the Finnish brands of Pernod Ricard

Krogerus advised Hartwall on its acquisition of a portfolio of local brands and their production in Turku from Pernod Ricard, a worldwide leader in the spirits and wine industry. The acquired portfolio includes spirits, Finnish wine brands and liqueurs, for example, the iconic liqueur Minttu. Pernod Ricard has produced its Nordic local brands in Turku.

With the acquisition, Hartwall will strengthen its presence in wines and spirits in Finland. The transaction is subject to approval by relevant competition authorities.
